Squat: 160kg x 1, 180kg walk out. 150kg x 5, 135kg, 2x5. I liked the walk out, i wasn't feeling it up until the single. Had a bit of back pain today, went for a poo, pain vanished. NAUGHTY POO.
Bench: 105kg x 4, 90kg (paused) x 5,6. Im happy i even got 4 today, my biceps were really playing up, so i took it easy on the back offs.

It seems that way from reading a few logs recently. Maybe that's the key to hitting big numbers on LP, just shit your pants. I'd definitely fill my pants every squat session for 405+lbs on LP.

    Squat: 152.5kg x 5, 137.5kg x 5, 140kg x 5. Knees hurt today, had a pretty intense shift on A&E and i think that contributed to it.
    Press: 72.5kg x 1,1,1, 62.5kg - 2x5. These felt real nice
Pause deads: 140kg x 4, overestimated these, thoracic spine was coming out of extension HARD

    Squat w/o belt: 115kg - 2x5
Bench: 106.25kg x 4, 100kg x 5,5,4. Had to pinch my mates lifting cuff think to help my bicep pain. Reckon i could've got this for an easy 5 if i wasn't in pain.
Deadlift: 185kg x 3, 162.5kg: first time in forever where my form felt good! These felt so easy, the 162.5kg was a joke, felt like i could've cleaned it.

    Squat: 160kg x 1, 140kg 3x5. Think I'm fucked from the deads, 160 felt like a 1rm , i guess 180kg isn't happening on LP.
    Press: 73.25kg x 1,1. 62.5kg 2x5
Paused deadlift (a couple inches off the ground) 100kg 2x5. Went light to get the feeling.

Squat: 145kg 3x5. These felt pretty heavy, got some serious anterior knee pain/ache at the moment. Kinda spinning my wheels on squats atm.
Bench: 107.25kg x 4, 100 x 5, 102.5 x 4, 100 x 4. Took my grip width out a bit to try and relieve some bicep tendonitis and tied my wrist wraps around the tendon and these felt real neat.
    Power clean: 95kg 10 singles

    Press: 75kg 1,1,1
    Deadlift: 187.5kg x 5
    Snatch grip deads: 120kg 2x5

Had to make this a quick session and in my haste forgot to do press back off sets. Doh.
