    Mis-grooved a lot of these.
    Bench: 102.5kg x 3 @9, 97.5kg x 3,3,3,3 - @8,@8.5,@8.5,@10
    All paused, long pause on the last set.
    Deadlift: 182.5kg x 3 @8

    2" deficit deadlifts: 140kg - 3x6
    Really bad day, this was half way through doing 64 hours in 5 days and my back killed being bent over patients all night.

    Press: 62.5kg x 5@10, 4@9
    Gpp
    Lat pull down: 50kg - 66 reps in 7 mins
    Dumbbells curl: 10kg - 49 reps in 7 mins

    Didn't turn my feet out as much today and felt super tight in the bottom.
    Bench: 105kg x 3@10, 97.5kg x3@8.5, x3@8.5, x3@8.5, x3@8.5
    Deadlift: 185kgx3@9, 180kgx3@9
    Back rounded slightly in the top set. CHEST UP
