    This is my Starting Strength Basic Barbell Training Log.

    I'm a 23 year old male who has made the decision to get strong. Height 6'1", weight 180. Been lanky my whole life and am fed up with it.

    I will be proud to contribute to the community in any way possible, and this log is going to keep track of my progress. Thanks for reading folks.

    First workout in the books.

    Squat 3x5 - 105 lbs

    Bench 3x5 - 115 lbs

    Deadlift 1x5 - 135 lbs

    - have to start somewhere, right? looking forward to laughing at this post in a few months' time.
