    I would listen to language lessons on my iPod during cardio. They were the perfect length, 20-25 min. My German was coming along quite nicely.

    DL 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 335 1x1, 385 0x0, 335 1x3, 315 1x3, 275 1x5
    SQ 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 245 1x5

    warmups felt heavy, especially 335, but i did break 385 off the floor, got it about 6" up (which us guys of irish decent refer to as 10") and then just mentally lost the will to pull it the rest of the way. at least it wasn't glued this time. slammed out the rest of the deads as i was annoyed with myself. took it easy on the squats, worked on depth and form.

    now off for beer and pizza.
