warmups felt heavy, especially 335, but i did break 385 off the floor, got it about 6" up (which us guys of irish decent refer to as 10") and then just mentally lost the will to pull it the rest of the way. at least it wasn't glued this time. slammed out the rest of the deads as i was annoyed with myself. took it easy on the squats, worked on depth and form.
now off for beer and pizza.
