    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 205 1x5, 275 1x5, 320 3x5 pr, 345 1x1 pr, 275 1x5
    dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 325 1x3, 275 1x5

    squats felt pretty good, so after doing the pr top set i said wtf and dumped on a few more lbs. i had to do all the heavy sq high bar, i just couldn't get the damn thing set on my back low bar and i didn't want to keep fighting it rolling down my back

    deads were ok but i was obviously tired after the sq

    all in all a good day so off to the Shore for some fried fish and moar beer
