squats felt pretty good, so after doing the pr top set i said wtf and dumped on a few more lbs. i had to do all the heavy sq high bar, i just couldn't get the damn thing set on my back low bar and i didn't want to keep fighting it rolling down my back
deads were ok but i was obviously tired after the sq
all in all a good day so off to the Shore for some fried fish and moar beer
