If that were the magical potion I've have surpassed Andy Baker years ago. Must be, instead, the hard work and dedication.

    It's the beer?

I have been cutting down on the beer drinking in order to try to loose some body weight. No wonder the weights has felt heavy lately.

    mon 10/24/16
    rowing 20 minutes
    bp 45 1x5, 95 1x5, 105 1x5, 120 4x5, 95 1x10
    ohp 65 1x5, 95 3x5, 75 1x10
farmers walked around as long as i could* with a 105lb db in each hand, did it 4 times with about 45 seconds between.

next time i'll do the ohp before the bp and just alternate them going forward. man, the farmers were tough! also, the knurl on the db was ripping the dogsnot out of my hands.

*please note this is not a very long time
