sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x5, 285 3x5, 225 1x5
dl 225 1x5, 295 3x5
315 felt very heavy, so got annoyed and did 3x5 at 285 as penance. damn, 55 squats...which means the deads were dead. man, i just about collapsed after the last rep at 295, very tired!
