been a long time since i benched 135 lol, a struggle but 'Ol Noodle Arms got the last couple of reps up.
started doing ohp but my shirt was a little short and seeing my belly playing peekaboo in the mirror was too much to take...
farmers felt ok, need to search and find the right db that don't have killer knurls
