    bp 95 1x5, 115 1x5, 135 3x5
    ohp 95 1x5
    farmers 100db

    been a long time since i benched 135 lol, a struggle but 'Ol Noodle Arms got the last couple of reps up.

    started doing ohp but my shirt was a little short and seeing my belly playing peekaboo in the mirror was too much to take...

    farmers felt ok, need to search and find the right db that don't have killer knurls

    I always find it disorienting to hear snickering behind me ... one more reason to get your own garage gym set up!

    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 245 3x10, 225 1x5
    ohp 95 4x5 (done between work sets on sq as i was trying to find ways to kill the 4 minutes i decided to 'rest' between sets)
    dl 225 1x5, 275 3x5
    ohp 115 1x2

    everything felt ok, but not surprisingly i was quite tired at the end of my sq/ohp combo

    ohp at 115 i almost lost the first one with too much 'skillin' on my layback

    Doing ohp between sq instead of resting would have killed me!

    weds 11/16/16
    rowing 10 mins
    bp 95 1x5, 115 3x5
    ohp 95 3x5
    farmers 120 each, grip failed pretty quickly

    only did 10 minutes of rowing as i got there late and it was so boring

    yes, yes, yes, yes, no (i can't even get mold to grow in my fridge; as a farmer my family would surely starve)
