    farmers with 105lb

    after a week of drinking/eating to heal the back it was still a little sore so i stopped after 10 minutes of rowing. did some light bp and farmers. we'll try light light squats and deads tomorrow

    just wanted to do a very light session to see how the back felt...went ok, happy to say. I still 'feel' it but no pain on lifts

    with christmas parties starting up this will be another light lifting week, probably a good thing

    since i wasn't going to be able to get to the gym today i decided to at least squat again last night. kept it very light since it was 2 days in a row and i'm still concerned about back-tweakatude. felt ok but boy do i have some doms this morning! lol, oh well, that's life as a geezer.

    Yeah DOMS is what reminds us that we are still alive. If you wake up in the morning and nothing hurts, you know you're dead!
