    going to be traveling again next couple days, wanted to at least try a moderately heavy dead before getting in the car. happy with the 355, heaviest ive done in a while and it came up fairly easy

    345 was a bit of a grind so mentally i was prepared to fail at 385, and i didn't disappoint lol

    i ry and do squats, deads, and ohp sun/tue/thurs, and bench on mon and weds. that's the plan
