probably not, but i'm not sure how much i could recover anyway since i only get at most 5 hours of sleep on any given night. i consider mon/weds to be light recovery days lol if/when i decide to actually follow a plan for gainnzzz then I will have to re-jigger my schedule to a more age-appropriate routine.
Similar questions, how is recovery for pressing movements if you are doing them every day? Do you program increases based on the lack of a recovery day? So weekly instead of daily.
Edit: Sorry, I am half asleep and I didn't properly read your previous post in which you pretty much answered this already.

That 345 dl is 5 pounds ahead of me. That's an inspiration. I almost did 352.5 (160 kg) at the fall classic but almost only counts in horse shoes or something. 160 kg x 1 is my next goal.
carson you honor me too much, you are the true inspiration. i know you've got 345 in the bag and i look forward very much this year to trying to keep pace with you as we go towards 4 wheels
