Now you've jumped ahead on the DL but I'm slightly ahead on the OHP. I don't expect to be back fully until February but maybe.

had a big bacon cheeseburger for lunch, and then felt very tired during tonight's workout; guess i'll go back to the eat once a day plan. given the sluggosity the lifts all went reasonably ok. one humorous note: on my first rep at 280 on the dead the left side came FLYING up...it seems I had forgotten to add the weight to that side
I unracked a squat a few weeks ago that was supposed to be 275. Turns out I had loaded 250. Jacked up my shoulders trying to keep from dumping the bar. It's funny several minutes after.

light day on sq, easy peasy. ohp 125 had no interest in moving, deads were tough but done yahoo
I shouldn't give you this tip but I will. I could not have jumped from 95 to 125 on OHP. Well, I can't press 125. Still, why not try 115 x 1 before jumping to 125. It might work.
The Press can be a difficult beast some days.
I try to warm up with 5 x 2, 5, 3, 1, - reps and then work sets on all lifts, but I have found that sometimes on the press the second warm-up set feels heavier than it should.
On the squat everything feels wrong and awkward until the 3rd warm-up set or so.
