first time squating in a week so took it easy to see if the knee tweak raised its ugly patella once again; happily all felt ok but still didn't want to push it. bp was wiggly, third set wasn't happening but nno biggie.
dls were fine but man first time i've had the bad luck to have a bent bar; no matter what i tried the damn thing was just twisting out of my grip at 275...
