    3x5x225 with a hangover is at least 3x5x245 on a good day. You can log it either way.

    Sounds like a good TM variant to me... Volume Day, Intensity Day, and Hangover Day.

    Well tonight will be another hybrid session, as my normal Tuesday light day was spent driving back from Boston and tomorrow night's medium session will be spent instead seeing Darius Rucker at the Garden State Arts Center

    That sounds great! I actually had already had a pint at lunch and a whiskeycito afterwards, so given the bright sunshine it was almost nappy time!

    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 3x5, 205 1x8
    OHP 45 1x10, 65 1x5, 85 1x5, 95 1x5
    Pends 75 3x10

    can't believe I did a full set at 235 on an off day.Life is wonderful!

    oh and OHP still suck.
