oh lordy did everything feel heavy. starting the second week of my new HLM (today being H day) and there was some extra gravity in the area. i almost lost the 3rd set of the bp when i was unracking it, which was a novel experience. i've benched a tad more and ive squatted a lot more but i guess it's good i did a big reset because it's a slow climb back up.
That local extra gravity sucks, right? And it never lets up!?!

so the L day as we chug back slowly upwards. sq felt heavy on 1st set, send was fine, ohp was work but satisfying. on dl i just ad to throw a moderately heavy single in or i was going to go insane, it went fine but had to do alt, the grip strength i had has vanished
