    sun 2/26/17
    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 260 4x5
    bp 75 1x5, 105 1x5, 130 4x5

oh lordy did everything feel heavy. starting the second week of my new HLM (today being H day) and there was some extra gravity in the area. i almost lost the 3rd set of the bp when i was unracking it, which was a novel experience. i've benched a tad more and ive squatted a lot more but i guess it's good i did a big reset because it's a slow climb back up.

    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 2x5
    ohp 75 1x5, 100 4x5
    dl 225 1x5, 285 1x5, 335 1x1

so the L day as we chug back slowly upwards. sq felt heavy on 1st set, send was fine, ohp was work but satisfying. on dl i just ad to throw a moderately heavy single in or i was going to go insane, it went fine but had to do alt, the grip strength i had has vanished

I will be going for 120 on OHP and 360 on Dead on Monday. Maybe, maybe not. We'll see.

I guessing the grip strength will come back real quick, since it's been only two weeks and since we use our hands for everything.
