did the bps in a rack that had fixed pins so there wasn't much of a range of motion, but my elbows are so looseygoosey when i unrack that i really am afraid to do anything else. i think i will start using a bp machine for awhile to try and strengthen them up, using a real bench just isnt practical at this point.
