wasn't sure how today would go. i missed last week's H session ( at 285), did the L session on Tues but skipped the M session on thursday...did I really want to pretend I had done them and bump up 5 lbs today to 290? happily it went ok; sq were grindy and depth was cheated more than a politician on a golf course but good enough in my book. see how i feel on tuesday.
You put the work in, that's the important part! Nice work!
