    squats felt alright, shockingly decent depth on most of the top sets

    thanks jan! yeah i'm trying to go 5/week and see what happens and not beat myself up so much. hopefully we've got another 8-10 weeks in the tank...

    YES finally dragged 380 up...man it was a helluva hang time but that's done; too pooped afterwards to get a fahve spot at 335 but no matter
