squats felt ok, weather turned out far nicer than predicted so taking my Bride out now for Mother's day

tues 5/16/17 L
sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 275 2x5
dl 225 1x5, 295 1x2, 345 1x1, 385 0x0, 335 1x5pr
long bumpy bus ride home gave me a little lower back tweak. squats felt decent but deads were sluggish, the 345 single was heavy and 385 got about 2 inches off the ground and no more. oh well, got the fahve done at 335 so something positive out of it, won't be able to lift until next tuesday probably due to family stuff.
