good question, yep, i get it a couple inches off the floor and then i mentally bail; i mean it's a heavy weight but i am convinced it's totally between my ears. i'm seriously considering just skipping it and trying 390 next week; it will probably fly up lol

rack pulls: 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 385 1x2
yep, i think these rack pulls are going to help a lot, the 385 wasn't really that hard, so i will bump it up even higher next time. only downside is there's only 1 rack in the gym i can pull on, so i's not something i can expect to do when i want but it will definitely go in the rotation now
