    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5,225 1x5, 300 3x5
    rackpulls 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 405 1x1


    got to the gym a little later than i wanted (lots of traffic coming out of the city on a friday night, go figure) so did an abbreviated sq session: my normal progression would have been 45/135/185/225/265/300 so iskipped out on 10 reps, not sure how i feel about that. i like the lower reps because that's where i really concentrate on form and depth.

    rack pulls were fun, it was neat to actually move 405

    thanks! it was kind of intimidating seeing those 4 plates on there, but if i can do it on the rack, really just from knee height up, then that is giving me the confidence that in a few weeks i can make a good effort at pulling it off the floor

    and when i do you'll hear my whoop of joy where ever you are lol
