rackpulls 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 405 0x0, 1x1, 315 1x5
didnt want to spend a ton of time at the gym so did the squats with fairly large jumps again; not sure i like but hey saves a ton of time!
on the rackpulls the first attempt at 405 didn't budge; 4 plates don't mess around and forced me to focus lol did the extra backoff set at 315 as penance
