been a sporadic week of training, and the rest of the week looks iffy as well. life. 355 felt heavy, so wasn't really surprised when 390 didn't move
Too bad about 390, but some good deadlifting nonetheless.
Sometimes life just gets in the way. That's just the way it is.
yeah, i'm not to worried, will miss my workout tomorrow but will play in a church softball game...that has to count for something lol
