    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 265 1x5, 1x3
    dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x5, 355 1x1

    right hamstring just not happy, decided to bail midway through second set at 265 as it was somewhat painful. really hope that a) i can get back to a usual 3 days a week routine, and b) that the hammy feels a little better on thurs when in theory the weight should be heavier

    rackpull 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 365 1x5, 405* 1x1, 315 1x5, 225 1x10

    hammy was not happy. sore on warm ups and quite painful really as i went below parallel at 185. argh. so i did a bunch of rack pulls as therapy

    *405 not 415

    Nice. I know these aren't full deadlifts, but it must be a real kick to be pulling above 405.
