right hamstring just not happy, decided to bail midway through second set at 265 as it was somewhat painful. really hope that a) i can get back to a usual 3 days a week routine, and b) that the hammy feels a little better on thurs when in theory the weight should be heavier

thanks jan, i'm trying to stretch it and frankly it probably wasn't happy with how lazy i've been in july lol

hammy was not happy. sore on warm ups and quite painful really as i went below parallel at 185. argh. so i did a bunch of rack pulls as therapy
