    Both of those are very addictive things. I'm pretty sure if I had both alcohol and playstation in my life, everything would just all fall apart. Haha. Good job keeping it together and getting in the gym!

    no ac and hot and humid as all get out. just did empty bar sq to see how the hammy felt, felt fine so maybe next session or so will add a little weight. just too hot and tired to do much of anything else

    I attempted 405 a week or so ago. Missed it halfway up. Bummed, because I hit 355x5 2 weeks prior. Oh well, guess we'll get it eventually.
