    ohp 45 1x10, 95 1x5, 105 1x5
    dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 325 1x2, 355 1x1, 405 0x0, 390 1x1 pr, 355 1x1, 315 1x5
    fw 4x225 (using a hex bar)

    slowly trying to get my sq going again, still feel some hammy pain at 145 but better, so will keep creeping it up. deads felt good warming up and 355 was pretty easy so what the hell why not log another fail at 405. was so annoyed that i only waited about 4 minutes before pulling 390, which again wasn't pretty but still a pr although it actually felt a little easier than 385, so that's something i guess

    iphoto/movie is really annoying the shit out of me so i can't upload the video at the moment
