    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5
    ohp 65 1x10, 95 1x5, 105 1x3
    rp 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 385 1x2, 315 1x5


    still a wee bit sore from tuesday and spent nearly 8 hours in the car today driving to and from a funeral. yay.. was happy on squats, 185 was relatively discomfort-free, which is the heaviest ive been able to say that in a few weeks, so slowly slowly creeping back. was hoping to do a bit more on rack pulls but back still a little pooped. all in all not a bad session

    So... you pulled a PR on deadlifts two days ago and then you spent 8 hours driving and you want to jump back in and punish yourself with rack pulls already??? Your poor back. :-(

    But still, nice work.
