    We planted 250 lbs of seed this past weekend.
    Prepping the soil involved swinging a pickaxe to remove roots from small trees that were trying to regenerate. Spreading the seed was done with a push spreader...a nice one that glides over most terrain. But my hips were still terribly sore on Monday. No one here gets out alive.

    Can't speak to whether or not you got any rest that night, but those calories are gonna help your gainz. Part one of the equation!

    out of town all weekend at a wedding, put in some good caloric consumption!

    ohp 65 1x10, 85 1x5, 105 2x5, 1x3
    rp 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 365 1x5, 405 1x3

    first time in the gym in 11 days...11 days where my singular focus was booze and grub. everything felt ok, really, even the ohp. i am so sure i will have serious DOMS tomorrow
