another moderately meh day, kept the sq light and easy, maybe could have done the 5th at 115 but not in mood to fight for it, i was so annoyed at myself for bailing on the first attempt at 375 at about 3 inches off the floor that I waited about 30 seconds and yanked the bastard up.
