It was the original working title of the movie "Help" by the Beatles

    I wasn't thinking at all.

I've seen the movie, but it is some time ago. Over 50 years!

    ohp 95 1x5, 115 1x4
    rack pulls 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 365 1x4, 405 1x1, 365 1x3

i was kind of sort of maybe schmaybe thinking about doing 3x5 at 265 on the squats but I spent 4 hours at work today standing up roasting coffee and by the time i got to the gym my left knee and i were barely on speaking terms (and i was very exhausted in general) so after 1x5 i let discretion be the better part of valor and moved right along. the 5th rep at 115 on the ohp just sort of sat there halfway up for what seemed like 20 minutes before coming down, but we're getting there. on the rack pulls i usually have the pins set in the second hole, which places the top of the bar about an inch below my knee. when i got to the rack today someone had left the pins in the bottom slot which was about 4 inches (what we of irish descent call "7 inches!") below my knee, so i figured i'd give that a try. It was much more difficult. Much. It really was about where i stop the bar on paused deads, so while this was much harder than the previous rack pulls i think it will help. 405 is much heavier from mid shin than it was from just below the knee! lol
