i took it verrrry easy, and i have to say the squats felt as good as they have in a long time. we'll see what tomorrow feels like, of course, but thumbs up so far.
i did no dead lifts.

1 part bourbon
4 parts raw(unfiltered) apple cider
splash of st germain
dash of allspice/fresh ground nutmeg
mix all in a shake shake shaker vigorously and serve over ice

felt very good today, another session with no deads...i *think* i will modify my 'programming' to sunday hv squats, ohp; tuesday light squats, light ohp, hvy deads; thurs med squats, med arm work, rack pulls/deficit deads/ farmers walks/paused deads, i.e. some deadlift variation and we'll see how that goes, try to build a little more recovery in to the week
