    Wow, I'm sorry to hear this, too. Hammy's heal so darned slowly. Bourbon will definitely aid in healing, if administered in large enough quantities. If I'm wrong, at least you won't care.

    ohp 95 3x5
    db rows 60 3x10

    i took it verrrry easy, and i have to say the squats felt as good as they have in a long time. we'll see what tomorrow feels like, of course, but thumbs up so far.

    i did no dead lifts.

    i feel this great void in my life

    so to celebrate i'm drinking my favorite fall cocktail:

    1 part bourbon
    4 parts raw(unfiltered) apple cider
    splash of st germain
    dash of allspice/fresh ground nutmeg

    mix all in a shake shake shaker vigorously and serve over ice

    most yum

    felt very good today, another session with no deads...i *think* i will modify my 'programming' to sunday hv squats, ohp; tuesday light squats, light ohp, hvy deads; thurs med squats, med arm work, rack pulls/deficit deads/ farmers walks/paused deads, i.e. some deadlift variation and we'll see how that goes, try to build a little more recovery in to the week
