    felt pretty good, i like the vibe at the new place, it did get a bit more crowded around 530 or so, i've never done 1x5 at 350 i don't think so 2x3 is a pr of sorts i guess

    felt alright, rack pulls were set a little lower and boy it makes it a bit harder lol

    So just keep setting the pins lower, and soon you'll be pulling 405 from the floor.

    heaviest ive squated in a while, hammy felt fine huzzah
    did the dumbbell rows between the ohp sets, which saved time and exhausted me...winning!
