    we had a thanksgiving lunch at the office and i ate like a pig. turned out this was not a wise course of action a few hours before attempting deadlifts. who knew? lol

    I saw the 405 before I saw "rackpulls" and thought you'd finally made it. Maybe not today, but soon.

    it always feels like it's just around the corner; if i were goal-focused i'd be mighty frustrated by now but i'm just having too much fun. with all the holiday festivities coming up training will be rather interrupted the next few weeks unfortunately. depending on how i feel tomorrow i may try and pull 395 just to get something done.

    yeah, i have a feeling you're probably right siri, i may give that a try, just do increasing reps and save the heavy singles for my birthday in january

    belt felt really tight tonight, i guess all the turkey eating finally made its way to my midsection. thinking about what siri said i think i will give it a try, and work on increasing my top set instead of always trying for heavy singles for awhile; so as god is my witness (and the poor guy has been witness to a lot...) the next pr single i will try will be on my birthday in january.
