sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 252.5 2x5
dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x5, 355 3x1
a week off mostly occupied with holiday festivities. happy just to get some work done, deads felt very heavy, wanted a triple at 355 but could only manage 3 singles but only took about a minute between each
hopefully will be able to get some regularity back in the gym over the next few weeks...
Keep fighting the good fight. you will get to 400.
mon 12/11/17
sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 280 4x5
dl 225 1x5, 295 1x5, 325 1x5, 355 1x1
with all the office parties and various and sundry festivities i have found it impossible to get my 3 days per week in the past few weeks, so in my wisdom i decided to combine my sunday (hvy sq) workout with my tuesday (hvy dead) workout on monday.
ouch
i'm happy with the squats, as 4x5 at 280 is the heaviest i've done in a while but i was Capt Poopasaurus by the time i got to the squats, was planing 1x5 at 355 but that simply wasn't happening. still, all in all an ok workout
You have wild parties in your office?
got home at 1 am after Friday's party...
