    felt pretty great today, the first set at 315 flew up so i knew i had a good shot at the set at 355, which i think is a pr.

    got to build a base to keep up with chad

    rp 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x5, 365 1x2, 405 1x2

    had the rack set lower today, sort of almost mid-shin so i extended the range of motion work, and not surprisingly i was still a leetle tired from tuesday, so 365 sort of shocked me with how heavy it felt; i bailed after 2 reps. but happily got 2 done at 405
