The Meh-athon continues. 205 felt heavy, 245 felt very heavy, to the point where I just bailed on the last set. 225 felt, well, light really. I'm fucked in the head. I also need to suck it up at some point and move away from this high bar squat but the shoulders, they ache so.
Dumb bell presses were fine for this dumb bell; I need to get off my ass now and go to the other room where they have heavier DB; I'm sort of maxing out here on the 45lb-ers
