Glad to see you back at it. I was beginning to wonder if we'd lost you for good.

me too. just been a bit of a mess, and next week will be a total loss as well. getting frustrating to build to a reasonable level then lose it all in a short while and have to start again
I lost 5 months this time last year. The good thing about it was that I got to do another LP (and I did it right this time). OTOH, I discovered that an LP is actually really hard. Towards the end, I was really looking forward to only having to add weight once a week instead of every single time.
As long as you know you're losing next week, I'd say just relax, don't worry about things and get back to it afterwards.
well, that's true; i'm whining about a month lost and you lost 5
(i'm really just whining because NOW YOU'RE PASSING ME!!!!)
lol
Did you go stealth mode on us?
lol no but just basically lost another month of training, combination of work, snowstorms, etc. very frustrating and it shows: today's workout was exhausting. Well, bright side is i get to make gainz again!
sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 245 3x5
dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5
i'm pooped and will be feeling it tomorrow. but it's very good to get back, hopefully will be able to get a solid month in before missing some more workouts
Nice to see you back, Mr. B.
You'll be back to your top numbers in no time.
