hobbled in and i must have looked every bit as deconditioned as I am because during my last sq warm set at 225 this concerned nice 20-something asked if i needed a spotter...GET OFF MY LAWN YA PUNK!!! lolololol
grip strength is so weak my left hand was failing on alternate grip at 315 on the rack pulls...oy, going to be a long road back

did a bunch of db rows too
so still a little sore but not horribly so, will try and go back on my HLM plan: tues will be light sq (2x5 at roughly 90% of what I want to do the following sunday), hvy deads, thurs will be medium squats (3x5 at 95% of sunday's goal) and rack pulls, sundays heavy sq (4x5 at 5lb above previous sunday)
