tweeked my back, well twinged it really, getting out of bed friday morning...I think 5 hours of sitting on a bar stool at the Stone Pony during the Dweezil Zappa concert thursday night was to blame...so I was somewhat cautious at the gym friday evening. squats felt good, bench for how weak my upper body is was ok, 385 on the rack pull wouldn't budge but i really didn't push it as i was thinking bout the twinge. all in all ok

Squat is making very fast progress. You will be back up above 300 soon and probably pulling that 405 before long.
