    Just keep in mind that we lift to live. Sounds like you'll be doing some fun living for a couple of weeks, then you can get back to the fun lifting.

    i've given up on my left hand, the grip strength is just gone. i don't know where it went but it went, so i've decided from 315 on up on deads i'll use straps. worked ok
