    dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x5, 335 1x3

    flew out to seattle on friday, flew back yesterday, time in between was concerned mostly with eating and drinking so today was an okay getting-back-in-the-schwing day. still getting used to straps

    You know, if you gave up on all of this traveling and social life stuff, you'd be able to get some serious lifting in. ;-)

    lol I am really hoping not to miss too many sessions over the next few months...but I already have some more trips planned. sigh.

    squats felt surprisingly good; it's been far too long since i did a set at 285 I felt good about.

    was kinda tuckered out for the rp though

    creeping back up, first time doing 295 in a long time. and a few were even legit!

    bp 115 3x5 (did 80lb db rows (1x10 each hand) between each set of bp)

    tried doing fewer squats to save some juice for the deads, nope. still felt really tired and weak. next week i'll try doing the deads first

    it was nice to squat something with a '3' in front of it again! also, i'll have to look back, i'm not sure that i've ever done 155 on bp
