it was nice to squat something with a '3' in front of it again! also, i'll have to look back, i'm not sure that i've ever done 155 on bp

    Tues. session.

Do your bad-typing, letters-missing fingers know how to use the straps correctly? Which style do you have?

    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x2, 265 1x2, 290 1x2f, 3x5
    bp 95 1x5, 120 1x5, 130 3x5, 160 0x0 (did 85lb db rows (1x10 each hand) between each set of bp)
    rp 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 365 1x5, 405 1x2

first sq fail in a while. on the first set at 290 i got too deep on the 3rd rep and just settled into the pins. waited a few minutes then restarted and did the 3x5. bp I don't think i rested enough, 160 just wasn't happening. rp went nicely (i did set the pins a touch higher, which of course made it easier but still felt solid)
