If I could only do one exercise the rest of my life, it would be Snatch Grip Deadlifts. You wont regret adding them to the mix.
I will try to start working these in; I really just want to do deads and variations every session but I just don't recover

well it was nice to finally get the work set at 315 done, it's been awhile. felt ok, but i may have to start wearing my squating shoes on sundays instead of squating in my birkenstocks, at 315 i could feel the cork compressing a little

    Nice work, Mr. B.!

Birkenstocks may not be the best choice for squatting, but please tell me you were at least wearing socks with your 'stocks, and maybe some Bermuda shorts and a Hawaiian shirt.

everything felt pretty good, so naturally i'm going away for a few days and will miss several training sessions...because why make gainz if you;re not going to give them up?

Well, because if you don't make the gainzzz in the first place, then you turn into a useless lump of goo. At some point, you'll just be working really hard to avoid falling off the back of the treadmill. You're not out of PR's yet though. All you need is for life to give you a good, steady run and you'll do some even more impressive lifts than you already have. Don't stress and enjoy your travels and travails. Or trees and trails. And beers. Definitely enjoy the beers too.

I started as the useless lump of goo; I'm loving the road you helped set me on
