    They weren't a record at 295, but I think I actually did all 10 to depth, and that would be.

    squats went pretty well. following Meshuggah's sage advice I decided to try doing snatch grip deads; i started light just to get a feel for them. so far so good, i will do them for a few weeks in lieu of rack pulls and see how it goes.

    left knee felt a little squirrelly on the squats at 325 so decided not to push it

    only did 1 set at 295 because of time but felt good, no knee issues
