boy i really felt those snatch grip deads in the small of my back yesterday, plus only a 2 day turnaround instead of the usual 3 before heavy day made me dubious. also the weight made me dubious lol but it went okish; really needed a full 8 minutes between each set. shoulders very sore afterwards so decided to skip the benching and ohp i was planning.
Congrats on the PR! And with that, you've caught up to me. Once you pass me, I get to start claiming that you're on steroids.

squats were meh, not sure if the bacon chebuggah for lunch played a role here, shoulder was painful at 135 on bp so bagged away, snatch grip deads were tough, will keep going up 10# a week until i can't
