thanks PD! probably should have tried another set at 315 but i am a mental midget at times...we'll see what i do tomorrow. i;m thinking I'll drop a few pounds and try 335s

not surprisingly uncle DOMS was in town this weekend, so the heavy squat sets never really had a prayer.

i'm a dopeasaurus. played in a golf tourney yesterday so that just added to today's soreness, and then i miscalculated and put 315 on the bar when it should have been 305. sore and tweaky all over so made it a light session (aside from the sq)
