    that's probably true, but my strategery, which may be flawed, is that, my heavy dealift day, which is Tuesday, I do the deads first and then usually have something left over to do the light squats.

    thanks PD! probably should have tried another set at 315 but i am a mental midget at times...we'll see what i do tomorrow. i;m thinking I'll drop a few pounds and try 335s

    dbr 95 3x10 each hand, sets of 10 done between ohp sets

    not surprisingly uncle DOMS was in town this weekend, so the heavy squat sets never really had a prayer.

    i'm a dopeasaurus. played in a golf tourney yesterday so that just added to today's soreness, and then i miscalculated and put 315 on the bar when it should have been 305. sore and tweaky all over so made it a light session (aside from the sq)
