due to joining the choir at church I and thus now having something planned for Thursday nights I have to re-jigger my gym days somewhat. sundays used to be my heavy squat day, coming off the 2 days rest, but that will shift now to Fridays, so sunday will be come deadlift day now. I guess I was still a little tired from the 5 at 365 from Tuesday as the single at 370 just pooped me out. oh well.
haven't made it to the gym yet this week, a series of 2+ hour bus trips home every day so far is killing me.

first day in a week so i knew things would be heavy but on my last sq warmup set at 275 i thought, man this feels heavy...and it was because i'd loaded 295, not 275
