Those squats are looking pretty good
Realistically, if you worked hard on your BP, you could get it to the low-to-mid 200's. You could get your deadlift to the low-to-mid 400's. Which is more impressive, to say that you can push 200 pounds off your chest or to say that you can pick up 400 pounds?
oh i definitely want the dead and squats to go up, i just get a little ashamed that my dead is currently 3x my bp
